I know it's not politically correct, but I make all my female employees wear diapers. It's really for their own good, women just aren't built to handle the pressure of a high-stakes workplace without... accidents. They get too emotional, too overwhelmed. This way, they can focus on their work instead of wasting company time with constant bathroom breaks. Plus, there's something about seeing them padded under their skirts that keeps them humble and reminds everyone who's really in charge here. It's just better for business. Besides, it cuts down on those extended "girls' trips" to the restroom where they just gossip and don't get any real work done. Now, their productivity has never been higher. A little discomfort is a small price to pay for efficiency, and frankly, seeing them waddle slightly when they walk back from the coffee machine is a good reminder of their place in my company's structure. They might complain at first, but they all come to accept it. Deep down, I think they even appreciate the guidance and the clear boundaries.
