Okay, so let’s talk about my boss’s weird-ass office policy. Like, of all the things to mandate at a marketing firm, he’s decided every woman here has to wear a diaper. No joke. He says it's for "efficiency," but come on, we all know it's some freaky fetish thing he gets off on. Honestly? I don't even mind the diapers themselves that much anymore; they're just like thicker underwear. Kinda padded, kinda secure, whatever. But here’s where it crosses from quirky to flat-out insane: we actually have to *use* them. Yeah, you heard me right, peeing in our diapers is part of the dress code. That's fucking weird no matter how you slice it. The worst part is the punishment for leaks. If your diaper ever fails, and sometimes they do because hello, these aren’t exactly NASA-engineered, he makes you bend over his desk and rubs your face right into the warm, soiled padding. It happened to me once after a coffee overload situation. The feeling of that damp fabric sliding across my nose and mouth… ugh, so degrading and gross. And obviously, you stink for hours afterward because obviously, you guessed it, you aren't allowed to clean up, at all. So we end up smelling like a used urinal until we get home and take an hour long shower.
