Need a New Supplement: 1/2 Hey, do you have a minute? I've been pushing my body to the absolute limit, and I'm completely drained. My muscles are jacked, but I'm hitting a wall. No matter how many supplements I take, nothing seems to restore my depleted nutrients. As a nutritionist, do you have any ideas for what I should take or use? Of course! Okay, so... I mean, there is one thing that comes to mind. It's the most bioavailable, perfectly balanced nutrient source on the planet. It's packed with protein, antibodies, growth factors... it's basically nature's perfect supplement. But... haha, no, you definitely don't want to be drinking that. It's... yeah, it's not an option. What?! I mean really? You know how serious I am about my training. I'm at my absolute peak right now, and if I'm hitting a wall, I need to break through it. I don't care what it is, if it's the most bioavailable thing out there, I would literally drink anything. Tell me. What is it? Okay, fine. Don't laugh, but... it's breast milk. Seriously. The nutritional profile is insane, it's designed to sustain and build a body at its most demanding stage of growth. It's got everything you'd need. But, like I said... not an option, right? Super weird. Let's just forget I mentioned it. Okay, kinda gross, I guess. Where can I get breast milk? Can I buy it online? Or is there like, a specialized clinic or something for athletes? If this is the edge I need, I'm not going to let a little awkwardness stop me. You're the expert, you know the science. So, where's the best source? Well... I mean... I *have* breast milk. It's fresh, it's local, it's... mine. So, you know, if you're *that* dedicated... you could just... suck your sister's tits. Hah! Oh my god, the look on your face! I'm kidding, obviously.
