Findom Interview: Question 3 Have you ever felt bad about a particular successful "rinsing"? No, I haven't. And that might sound cold, but it's the reality of this dynamic. Look at it from my perspective: these aren't victims being robbed at gunpoint. They are consenting adults who have a deep-seated need for this exchange. The desire to give up control and sacrifice for someone is what drives them. My skill isn't in theft; it's in understanding that desire and providing an outlet for it. I had one session, probably my most financially successful one ever. Over the course of a weekend, I guided a sub to empty his entire savings account, a little over $80,000 that was meant for a house down payment. It completely reset his life plan for the next few years. After the session, the reality set in for him hard. He had to call his realtor and back out of the offer on the condo he was so excited about. The embarrassment of explaining that to his family was immense; I think he told them there was an issue with his mortgage pre-approval. The financial domino effect was immediate. Without that cushion, an unexpected medical bill a few months later went on a high-interest credit card. He had to downgrade his car, started skipping social events because he couldn't afford to go out, and the constant stress about money began affecting his work performance. What stuck with me wasn't guilt, but the sheer power of the psychological transaction. His dream of homeownership, his financial security, his peace of mind, it all got converted into a single, intense weekend of submission and transferred directly into my bank account. He didn't just send me money; he sent me his stability, and I accepted it. That's the core of a truly successful rinse.
