I wish every new hire understood the expectations right from the start. It saves everyone time. The policy here is simple: before you get settled in, there’s one team-building exercise to complete. Once I'm finished, every male employee in the office will have their turn. She'll remain right here on her knees, the snout and ears staying on as a clear sign of her new position. Management encourages participation from everyone to build team cohesion. The funnel beneath her face will be busy catching what she can't immediately swallow. It’s a test of endurance and dedication, to see if she has what it takes to be a part of our company family. If she performs well and proves herself reliable, we might consider keeping her on long-term.
