I see it a lot in my practice, this particular fantasy. Men who get off on the idea of being thrown away, literally treated as trash. It's about worthlessness. They come to me with shame, but also a deep-seated arousal they can't shake. I think I understand it now. It's not about the garbage itself. It's that they've come to believe, deep down, that they *are* garbage. Worthless. Disposable. And by turning that belief into a fetish, they're trying to gain some control over it. To make the profound humiliation and self-loathing feel chosen, even erotic. But all it does is reinforce the core belief. And the tragedy is, it works. The fantasy bleeds into reality. They stop trying at their jobs, they neglect their hygiene, they push away anyone who cares. They actively become the worthless thing they only fantasized about before. It stops being a kink and starts being a life sentence. They don't just feel like garbage anymore; they've made sure that's all they are. YOU ARE GARBAGE
