How to naturally become incontient: A Guide If you're ready to truly give up control of your bladder while you sleep, follow these steps precisely. Remember, this is a process designed to break your body's natural nighttime holding ability, once it begins, there may be no going back. First, begin by drinking two full glasses of water right before you get into bed. Do not use the bathroom after drinking; instead, go straight to bed with a full bladder. Your body will initially fight the urge, but persist night after night. As you lie in bed, consciously relax every muscle in your pelvic area. Let go of all tension. Imagine yourself already wetting the bed, visualize the warmth spreading beneath you without shame or resistance. Breathe deeply and surrender to the sensation of fullness. Each time you wake up needing to pee, do not get out of bed. Stay where you are and allow yourself to release right there in your sleepwear or onto the sheets. Do not wear protection yet, the feeling of wetness against your skin is crucial for conditioning. Gradually increase your liquid intake before bed until you are consuming at least 1 liter each night. Combine this with setting an alarm for 3 AM, when it goes off, half-awake and disoriented, simply let go (pee) without moving from the bed.
